I have an issue with my trans. I put a claim into HPI and after some fighting got it covered. Long story short hadn't received parts in time frame they said so I called tonight and found Hobbico did take over customer service end as of this past Tuesday. So any claims recently put into HPI you need to contact customer service number found on the website and restart your claim. People at Hobbico were super nice and said they will have all HPI's parts by the Monday and will begin shipping parts then.
Just FYI for anyone trying to get parts covered.
