Guys when you make a deal BST protect yourself. Use paypal first of all so that the deal will be protected and you have a dispute proceedure in place to protect both parties.
Sales on this forum are not protected. There is no legal recourse for you. I will do all I can to help you as far as pulling messages to help with legal disputes, but you already have that in your sent box.
Also, know they guy your dealing with. A guy with 10 posts isnt somebody I would jump into a deal with.

If I can add that trying to cheat pay pal out of their 3% is a bad idea also because #1) they can and will reverse the payment and there is nothing you can do about it and 2) if it's marked as a gift, that's how they see it and they won't be there to help out if the product doesn't show up, your on your own at that point. I have seen both happen more then once and no it wasn't me

Check the Sellers feedback thread, whenever good or bad deal go through its posted up there. You get a good idea of who does good business, and who is scamming.
