Pending again

This is the second time I made an order, everything showed in stock and then it goes in pending status for a week. :evil:
I didnt call, I know they are out of something. If they kept the store current, I wouldnt have ordered whatever they dont have. They seem to be slipping. I like to try and support the forum through the store, but a little cust. service would be nice. Maybe an email letting you know when they are out of something. Tower will let you know what they are out of, send the rest and give you the option to cancel or wait for the part.

I should have updated, but its on its way now. I just wish they would stay on top of whats in stock and whats not. I understand that sometimes stuff happens. In that case an explination via email would be nice.

I do like the fact that they use UPS. Real time tracking is great once its shipped.
