Fast eddy bearings

Post by MonoSavageX » Tue Apr 21, 2015 2:38 pm

I have to say that this was by far the BEST customer service experience I have had to date from any company that I have dealt with. I ordered a set of bearings for a Savage SS and was sent a set for the Savage. I put in a return request so that I could get the correct set since the diff bearings I needed are 10x16x5 and the ones in the kit I got where 10x16x4. after a couple of days I hadn't heard anything back so I decided to call them since there card says customer service is their #1 priority, and they are not kidding.

I was patched into the direct cell line of the owner who is at a rc convention in Las Vegas. He actually stepped away from his booth and took the time to speak with me, not only did he apologize to me that he couldn't be there to fix this issue himself he walked me through sending him an email that he could forward to his staff. He told me to keep the set that I got, and with in an hour I had a tracking # for the correct set (I assume since this just happened within the last 2 hours) which will be shipped today.

I am VERY pleased at the attention to this matter and felt as though I mattered to him as a business owner, to me this is very rare and much appreciated. Not only do they have a good product but there customer service is hands down the best I've ever seen I would recommend them to anyone.

If your not supposed to break them, why do they make new parts?

Awesome.  I was already going to be a repeat customer, but that right there nails it.  Some of these bigger companies could learn a lot from these types of stories...
