My HTL fix

While starting my truck the cause of HTL became obvious. The fuel was siphoning into the carb once primed and the line is full. The tank sits so the fuel nozzle on the carb is even with the tank centerline.

So I lowered the tank. I moved the rear mount down and made a new front mount for the tank. Now the tank sits with 80% of it below the fuel nozzle on the carb. Now I have 80% lean and it is less rich when full.







I made the new front mount out of a tie rod end, a piece of push rod tube , a wood screw, a servo isolation mount and a longer chassis screw.
