Savage supported by Traxxas

Now that HPI has been bought out by Traxxas, will the Savage still be supported with parts and service?

That doesnt sound good.  I hope its not true.  If traxas owned hpi how could the Revo and the Savage coexist?

The same way as with real cars.

Seat and Volkswagen coexist for years with similar models..

I am glad a deal is in place to secure HPIs future. However I had no idea they were in trouble in the first place

*Derails topic...*
Badboy?...
Like the dude I got an RC10GT with a sweet yellow VW baja Bug body, and a purple stinger pipe from, Badboy?
One row down from the top, in the middle.
Good to see you still doing some RC if that's you, been a while since any of my 1/10 scales have run...

What's the 12th scale chassis hiding under the shell?

Bottom right is an RC12L ... Yes, just a 12L with the flat plate rear suspension. Everytime I talk about it people ask "well, is it an L3 or L4" lol it's like 30 years old.
Yup, came out in 1984, I have the fiberglass and the graphite chassis for it, and about 100 spare tires lol.

Looks good. I don't get to see many different 12th scale cars. My home track belongs to CRC, everyone there has some variant of the Carpet Knife.

Wow!
Asbury, IIRC I have a, or remnants of, a Bolink Eliminator 10.
PM if you need parts for that...
Yup, still have Camaro painted body, chassis and axles, maybe a few spares...
