Pretty sure I don't have any truggy parts on my savages. My flux has a CD but that's no different than the alza setup.

What I choose to do with my savages is of no concern to you as they are mine to do what I please with. If that means a full conversion to street truck then so be it.

This is how I choose to enjoy this hobby with a platform I enjoy very very much. Isn't that what this hobby is about after all... Having fun

Little touchy ?

I thought one had truggy towers and shocks. Didnt hou post something in the truggy shock thread?

Anyway I was trying to clarify that people making WOT passes with a mostly stock truck isnt the same as someone who converts their truck. I really couldnt care less What you do with your truck.

Calling that brushless speed car a savage is like Dale Earnhart he drives a Monte Carlo on Sundays.

To the original point, you are the only one Ive seen convert their truck to a street pass only vehicle. " not that theres anything wrong with that"

Well a little update, things are progressing smooth. I say that now lol. Before the motor had like 20 min of run time on it, it shredded the bevels in the rear diff and busted a drive shaft lol. Fixed those items and everything is good again. ERCM power is something else lol. I cant wait to fully unleash it and see just how hard she screams

Decided to just use the Break in Mobile for right now. Gearing is still 18/47, but I changed the tires to Phaltlines.

It gets down and still pulls wheelies lol. Soon I plan to put the same gearing on it and see what happens. Part of me wants to leave the heavy XL stuff and the other half wants to put the lighter X stuff in. Idk tho :/

Still following on Youtube, keep it up Skillet! Doing some research on the Octane trans myself for a new basher build! No place better than SC to come to for education!
Back to the Future, and another round of RC Hobby addiction!!!

Thank you

In order for the octane trans to be useful you practically have to have the screw backed almost all the way out. The change in gearing is huge and imo to much for a normal motor.
