Not your average Savage Hop ups. These are highly modified, with some home-made parts.

New Layout for Cousin's Rig

Post by NizzleMaShizzle » Wed Jul 08, 2015 6:38 am

Just another side project. Working on building my cousin's truck. Started off as a savage 25, turned to XL drive train however it's got a 2 speed. LRP 30x Comp Truggy engine converted to pullstart, IRC LST conversion, Proline 23mm hubs w/ 23mm wheels/40series tires, relocated Ofna tank, and custom hydro dipped receiver box. Just waiting for Hitec servos, Alza bulkhead brace kit, and HPI sways. I also have a TNS Modified version 28-8 Rex Legend on the way. The 30x is something to play with in the mean time.....

Nice work Nizz! That's a hot engine and the shocks look wicked. I couldn't get my hands on the blue ano ones for my build. . . I could but had to buy 4 individual units at $50 bucks each!

@rcnitroboy will do!

@Mendoza *censored* yeah those older blue shocks are harder to come by so the price is more for them....

Here's an update almost complete. Just need linkages and fuel lines and im good to start run-in
