now, that we know each each other, i will propose her private parts on to you!

i need this:

battery box:
i have a 6,7cm width and 4.2cm height and 3,8 depth, wich is fairly tight

buggytank 4,5x10cm
Ho Bao Fuel Tank 87076

metalgeared gas/brake-servo...

ofna linkage kit & ofna sliders kit

alu corner molding: 18x25x1000mmm
2pcs 40mm and 8pcs 10mm m3-screws and stuff

Image
the walls where the gas/brake-servo would sit on are cut away first

the akkubox, here shown in its place to be
Image

step one
the battery box

first we rip the savage apart (you know how to do this ;))
Image

fit the box and..
Image

after i drilled the holes (no pic here), i dremel away ?2-3mm on upper rear corners
Image

so that the dampers have at least 1mm to the box, WHITH WHEELS OFF THE GROUND
Image
place the pack in there and pack it in foamstuff so that it cant wobble

the box is strapped on with a ziptie
Image

step two
mount the tank

make place for the tank, i used a sidecutter first, then the dremel
Image
i keep the original box as failsave

the hexheads ?of the tankmountscrews you can see here, that is were the mountingholes are drilled (3mm)
Image
the cover where the gasservo was before is made from the receiverplate

ONLY MAKE IT OF THE RECEIVERPLATE IF YOU HAVE TWO OF THEM, BECAUSE YOU NEED IT AGAIN ON STEP FOUR

put this stuff together again
Image

first i take the servosaver-holdingshaft out ?and put locktite inside and clean them
Image
then put the servosaver back use a 8mm hex
Image
then fix the tank, SCREWS: 3mm x 40mm
Image
don

The updates to the actual state:

i took the original THROTTLElinkage for the brakes now.
bend it a bit as you can see on the picture and cut it down .
the brakelever is also bent about 3mm on the lower end

this kind of linkage is saver than ballends!!

Image
the carb should be open 1mm at neutral and NOT CLOSE a bit when brakes are applied
(take off the air filter)

as you can see on the above picture the servo neutral is more to the rear of the truck.
i stepped one tooth back when mounting the servoarm.
additionally i stepped back 30 ticks on the sender so that the brakedisk spins free at neutral

the wot position
Image
the levers get close but DON
