Well I think I've hoarded enough parts to get started on the build, so here goes!

This is the "New" Pile:

Might be a couple odds and ends taken but that's about it.

I almost went flm xl tvp's, I asked them in an email if it would fit they told me no. Hope your luck is better than mine. I stuck with stock tvp length.

GOOD STUFF!

i cant tell what kind of c-hubs you are using, but if they are integy, they will not mate to the FLM arms very well, i had to do some grinding in the mounting areas of mine(front c-hubs) to get them to fit and work with both the upper and lower arm and still, if i tighten the upper screw too tight  my suspension wont move like it should!

I got the c-hubs from RCDamper on ebay, and am only using them on the front.  The rears will be integy and are still in the mail.  Also, sticking with stock arms.  I will be bashing this sucker and never really liked aluminum arms on my rigs.  I'll get some pics posted of the complete front end tonight.

So last night I couldnt help but test fit the skid plate, and I'd say it fits very nicely!

Unless I'm missing something, that looks like a keeper!

I was thinking the same thing, and will look at putting the plate on the other side of the mounts tonight, if there is room.

Does the bottom of the tranny sit below the bottom of the TVPs?  Or could something like a bent or two piece skid plate be installed?

Mine sits Pretty much flush. Looking at his skid plate it looks like its missing some form to the tvp's, looks like a gap.
The skid plate looks like it's going to hammer the bottom of the tranny just a bit.
