thinking of something

Post by teamwolfmanrc » Mon Apr 13, 2009 8:24 pm

i was doing some searching on towerhobbies. and tehy have the e-savage sport for 275. i run several emaxx's and have been thinking of a savage for some time. i want to know what kind of aftermarket parts are available for the truck. can the drivetrain handle brushless power? i am not a nitro guy and i dont want the savage flux. i have plent yof good battery packs and chargers. so i dont need the charger or packs that come with the e-savage. i really am more interested in the sport.

i had the e savage for about a year and it was pretty smooth. not as fast as the nitro savage but i think you probably knew that. im pretty sure you would have to upgrade it a little bit to handle brushless. if you are going to make it brushless you really should just get the flux. i know its more expensive but from what ive heard its worth it.

My wife has one, I love to steal it and bash it around the yard just plug and go hehe  :D. Check e-savage.com. There are alot of hop up parts out there for them.
