if some one can post a picture with the weight on the proline trenchers 3.8 tire and/or mounted to a proline desperado 1/2" offset wheel.
i really like this combo but i also dont want to increase the rotational mass on my savy by too much compared to the gt2 tires with the warlock wheels, very much appreciated thank you. hope to hear from you guys soon.

The GT2/Warlock combo is 300g. My trencher 3.8s on axial rims were 120g heavier at 420g. The desperado seem to be a similar weight rim ( I glued a set for a friend) so you are looking at quite an increase in sprung weight. I definitely felt the difference on my truck. You don't mention which trenchers, x or traxxas style bead or the regular ones (mine) but the trencher is a substantial tire. I know I didn't exactly answer your question but from the info posted you can kind of get an idea that the trencher is not the way to go for light weight.

So I got a professional gram scale to get some accurate measurements of tire weights for my savage. So I have 4 different types of tires.

1. Stock tires
2. Proline Badlands premounted
3. Proline Trencher X premounted
4. Proline Trencher 40 series premounted

So here are the weights and photos.

So I am surprised how light the badlands are. I might switch back to them. They do make a noticeable difference in the top speed due to being pretty small. And their grip is amazing so they dont slide around well if you like that. My second favorite are the Trencher 40 series. They are narrower, but taller than the x's so the weight is pretty close. Stock tires are on the light side. And no surprise the trencher x's tip the scale. Hope this helps someone make tire decisions.

And in the black corner weighing in at 279 grams ... Proline F-11's with 3.8inch Shockwaves... These are great on and off-road, no pizza cutter effect.
