Help, jerking issue.

Post by speedracer25f » Mon Feb 01, 2016 11:26 pm

So I was running my truck around the yard and I got too close to the garden and got tangled up in some vines. I tried to back up but it was stuck and wrapped up.  I cut it loose and then when I was trying to run it after that it was jerking so I immediatly shut it down and threw it on the bench. First I checked the pinion and the trans gears and everything looked fine.  Then I heard it might be a blown diff so I pulled both of them out and took them apart and they look fine.   Any ideas what I should look for before I put it back together?

Drive cup grub screws and wheel hexes are the only thing left in the drive line. Oh, also and screws holding gears to a shaft. Pinion for one.
