Alza Warranty

Post by I_Like_Nitro » Mon Jan 12, 2015 4:52 pm

Does anyone know if the Alza bulkhead brace sets have a warranty? I'd think so, but unsure. I sent an email to Dejean but have not seen a response come back (and he's usually pretty responsive). Just curious if I anyone else knows about their warranty policy? Thx

Dejan really stand behind his products
I had bought the replacement braces, not the whole kit, and one cracked on me
Sent him an email and he had a replacement sent to me no charge
I don't think you'll break it but if you do I'm sure he's got your back
He's got my business and I haven't heard of any bad deals with alza racing yet

I agree he is top notch.  I bought the wrong motor mount for my flux, he sent me the proper one for just the difference of cost between the two mounts and shipping.

Hey Nitro, have you been in touch with Dejan? I'd like to find out if you were able to settle. I have this problem in the photo below. Both sides bracing the transmission side of bulkhead brace have been bent inward.

Looking for well modded truggy/buggy, PM me! Also maybe Savage X/XL

All I can say is PM Dejan or email through his site.

@MShark: Last respond I got form him was on 16th January when I asked if I could receive the picture of the problem.

If you your closing brace starts getting bended shape turn it arround and it should flatten itself again.

Also keep in mind that no part is bulletproof to hard direct impacts and it may bend or break on harder impacts.

For some time now the Conversion kit comes with 3mm closing brace on diffside instead 2mm one.
All parts of the kit are also available separately upon request.

Thanks Dejan I just flipped the diff side brace while I was changing my steering bearings and it seems to hold for now.

Dejan, is correct. Honestly, I've not even had the chance to photograph it yet. I've taken care of it, but the next time I have it apart will post up here to show but it's precisely what I described to him. I believe I got my question answered. Thanks
