it would come withthe standard LRP short needle carb

Nitrojedi: If I go with the short manifold, I don't think I will be able to use the front exhaust hanger on the savage.  How would I go about in securing the exhaust.  Thank you.

Just fabricate a new hanger out of a wire coat hanger... Bend it into required shape.
