SPECIAL SAVAGE CENTRAL VRC USB ADAPTOR DEAL

The racing season is over in most countries, but why wait for Spring right? VRC is here to fill the gap with FREE on-line racing competitions, especially in December. You're looking at five weeks of continuous on-line racing excitement and adrenaline rush.

The December FRENZY kicks off with the 2009 NATIONS CUP 1:8 CANAM on the Clermont Ferrand track in France. Next is the 1:10 VRC WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 1:10 TC at the Tamiya Kakegawa track in Japan, followed by the VRC WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 1:8 CANAM at Sydney Australia. The 2009 season finishes off with the 2009 NATIONS CUP 1:10 TC at Cincinnati 02 in the US. All events stretch over 2 weeks and have a 1 week overlap with the next event. And as promised, we've got a special Savage Central VRC USB Adaptor offer for you, so read on!
YOUR RACING SCHEDULE - IMPORTANT EVENTS AROUND DECEMBER
1:10 Nations Cup

With VRC Pro around the corner this is going to be the last December racing for VRC v3. We have therefore decided to make the tracks available for free for all 4 events! The tracks will be made available 2 weeks prior to the start of the event, but remember: just for these events! If you want to start practicing before you can get good starter pack deals in our e-shop, check them out. So no reason (and no excuse) not to join the December racing frenzy at VRC, and make sure all your racing buddies and Savage Central friends join in as well.
YOUR SPECIAL OFFERS
If you are serious about joining this massive online R/C event then of course you want to consider ordering the USB adaptor. Order it in time for the major events in November and December 2009 and note that we have limited stock and expect much adaptor sales around the winter period so really... do not wait too long. Other controllers will be available at all time, but they are more expensive. VRC has created a special offer for the Savage Central community, including a full software license, all 3 public tracks and 1 extra track. Please note that the 16-bit USB VRC-3NT adaptor is compatible with 2.4GHz systems, also in HRS mode, while the 8-bit VRC USB adaptor VRC-3 is not.

By clicking on the offer images you'll have access to your special offer.

YOUR PROMOTION CODE is: 1999TC

* VRC USB adaptors allow you to control the game with your own radio controller. The 16-bit USB VRC-3NT adaptor is compatible with 2.4GHz systems, also in HRS mode, while the 8-bit VRC USB adaptor VRC-3 is not.
** Full software includes full software license, unlimited racing licence and 3 public tracks Oslo, Speedway and Parking.
*** Four tracks will be made available temporarily 2 weeks prior to the start of the event, one track will be for free permanently.

By the way, your satisfaction is guaranteed as you will get your money back if you do not like what you get, no questions asked (one month period applies).
THE SAVAGE CENTRAL NITRO ON-ROAD CHALLENGE - WIN A PRIZE!
VRC has decided to make the winter events even more interesting for the Savage Central community. For each event there will be a prize reward for the top 10 best NITRO ON-ROAD drivers who are part of the Savage Central community. Are you the best 1:8 or 1:10 Nitro On-road driver out there in the Savage Central community? I'd say, join in and find out!

Have fun representing YOUR country in the 2009 Nation Cups and good luck with your shot at the 2009 World Championships and the Savage Central Nitro On-road Challenge. See YOU at the winter races.

How does the adapter, from a technical viewpoint, work with the HPI TF-3 Digital Proportional 2 Channel Radio? I am fixed on Channel 1. Does the adapter receive signals on channel 1? TIA! Dave

Hi Dave,

The USB adaptor picks up on the servo signal from the receiver... so any particular radio will work. However, if you're using a 2.4Ghz system, then go for Offer2, 'the 3NT technology'. 3NT is also compatible with the other systems, and has a 16 Bit accuracy instead of 8 Bit.

Cheers, Tim

I ordered mine before checking here so I did it without the code and the V3 adapter(offer 1) was just $20. I believe the original price was $25 so maybe they changed the prices on their site so no need for the code.

Ok, couple of answers:
- Shipping takes between 7 and 14 days.
- The promotion code does nog give an 'extra' discount, the special offer was designed to give Savage Central members the adaptor plus a full game license and a free track at the price of a single the adaptor. So the discount is incorporated in the total pack. And yes, we have also recently lowered the regular price of the adaptors for the December action. So, I hope this all explains the confusion about the discount.

Let me know if more questions arise.

VRC is in the Netherlands, and I expect that is where they ship from.
As far as does this work with "X" reciever?
You plug the wires from the adaptor into the steering and throttle ports on your reciever.  You will have to diconnect your srevos from your reciever. Power for the reciever comes directly from the USB port, do not hook up a battery!(I recommend taking the reciever out of your tuck.)  This is what it looks like ready to plug in.  Sorry for the blurriness

Thanks for the reply but since I ordered before knowing there was a code can I still get the offer extended to me?
