Show Your XS Bodies

Post by MobTownTree » Fri Feb 03, 2012 8:22 pm

I thought it would be a cool thread as well as informative for the guys looking for bodies. I only know of the 3 HPI bodies... The stock GT-2XS, Jeep Wrangler and El Camino. What other bodies are you guys rocking? Pics and part numbers would also be very helpful.

Whats the length of the XS? Looked on HPI website but couldn't get the info. HPI have a lot of 190-200mm long bodies, would any of those work?

Rockin' the stock GT-2XS, with a clear one on the way for paint.

Stock body is approx. 16"Lx6"Wx4"H (330x152x101mm)  It's an odd size. Much smaller than the 200mm touring car stuff, smaller than the 190mm Miata that I have.

Here are my two bodies. A good old Jeep for putting the XS on its shelf (in front of its XL big brother)

And a Camino for bashing the *censored* out of it (I've messed up the front sticker but with a few scratches, it won't be a problem anymore   )  :

Yeah, that jeep body looks good. It's a shame traxxas made the mini revo so small, I was looking at the SVT Raptor body at the lhs today, and it's almost an inch shorter than the Jeep body for the XS.
