XS SS diff fluid leaked out?

Post by scorpio1026 » Sat Jun 08, 2013 7:15 pm

After going through a few packs I noticed oil coming out the side of the diffs by the output cups.  This is both diffs  So I thought it was the diff bearings being blown.  Opened up the diffs and saw no fluid!  I know I built it right and all 4 screws were tight.  Has anyone ever have this problem?  Should I just use something like marine grease on both diffs?

I use Kyosho #30000 diff gear grease, it's heavy (sticky) and stable. Much better than all other grease I tried.
