Valve repair manual work in more technical maintenance personnel due to the deviation of the differences and understanding, quality of maintenance is difficult to meet the requirements; therefore should be particularly emphasized in the maintenance of the quality of repair gas distribution sector, and to take effective measures improving the quality of maintenance to prolong its life.

1. Valve light mill: maintenance operations, such as valve ablation occurs when pitting and depression, should wear light (serious need of replacement valve). valve grinding: grinding valves divided into two cases, one valve and seat grinding only minor pitting, no light grinding and reaming time; the second is through the light valve and seat are after grinding and reaming grinding. The valve guide reaming: the valve stem and valve guide with the valve guide clearance is the key determinant of life, so when replaced with a new valve guides, reaming should be strictly controlled well with the gap, the lower limit of each model using the specified gap, can effectively extend the service life.
