So After trying Onroad Carpet 1/12 and 1/10 Touring for a few years I decided I would rather spend my days building and modifying my Rig.

I have roughly 1000-1200$ into the motion alone, All the other stuff is relative to how serious you want to  get,  Wheel's, Pedals, Shifter are over 1200$ themselves so while it may seem like alot, the motion alone is 1/5 the cost of retail counterpart.  Also the Software i use (Simtools) is Free for starter's and supports many forms of motor's/Controller's to run the motion whether it be Arduino with code or Pololu JRK motor controller's.

Our DIY hardware is also Quieter, Stronger, Faster and Can support Far more weight load then a SCN5 actuator.
