OFNA 3-Shoe Clutch Kit (Part #: 10266) Modifications

very soon, and im very impatient. CRSMP5 will put this in the correct spot soon....

OFNA 3-Shoe Clutch Kit (Part #: 10266) Modifications:

Many mods neede to be done to get this kit working.. you must first need....

-JigSaw
-Sandpaper (not to heavy grid but not to lite, around 200 is ok)
-Table Grinder

First off, the flywheel has a backplate thing on it that goes around the shaft and the motor.

it needs to be shaved off because it makes everything to thick and the spur gear will hit the clutch bell. I used a table grinder and just shaved it all off till it was flat. i even went alittle deeper into the flywheel because of its thickness.

I then had to shave down the bass cone that is on the motor. only go alittle to make up some space for the spur gear and clutch bell.

when all is done it should look something like this.

Now the diameter of the flywheel is way to big so i needed to cut out the TVP for my 16t Clutch Bell.

i marked out a spot with a marker and cut it out with a jig saw very carefully.
Dont cut throught the top of the TVP, me personally... i dont think this will mark the TVP that much weaker because of the screws holding it and rest of the metal on it.

Finally after all this time, you should have a working clutch for the savage. i would personally just go will the mugen or go with Tex's Trinity, but mines all dont now so i cant complain. PM me or email me with any questions.
