Adding a better antenna

i decided i needed a better antenna. i saw the Bru-line at my LHS

tower has them

awesome deal for like $4.

all you need is a 1/4-28 fine thread nut and a 1/4 drill bit.

1st:

cut the stock antenna tube bracket off. then i used a table grinde to make it smooth.

2nd:

drill hole where old mount use to be. NOTE! the old hole is to far from the end to drill the new hole, or else you wont get a nice circle, you have to move more towards the center.

3rd:

now keep a nut screwed on the antenna and put it in the hole then use the other nut making a sandwich type thing. tighten it nice and tight but keep the bottom as short as possible so it doesn't hit the servo to much

ALL DONE! i think it just looks sweet. and its longer.
